This weekend saw us setting up at Mud Sweat and Gears
This weekend saw us setting up at Mud Sweat and Gears in Henham Park, Suffolk for round two.

Despite recent weather the course was pretty dry and although overall elevation wasn’t massive the short sharp climbs certainly added spice to the ride. The three technical descents that the organisers kindly built also proved a hot topic in the paddock. It was great to hear so much good feedback on our tyres from riders discovering that they truly are winner’s choice. The morning podiums were full of riders using our rubber, its brilliant to see our hard work and support from the event organisers and teams such as Hadleigh and Sussed Out Suspension is finally paying off and more and more riders are turning to our tyres.

Laura Sampson (Sussed out) continued to perform well and was again on the podium in 3rd place contesting the elite females. The junior males just missing out on podium with a 4th, 5th and 6th for Jack Darragh, Robert Stains, and Wade Smith (Hadleigh mtb). Juvenile male riders Joe Champness was 7th with Adam Cavalla 8th (Hadleigh mtb). Young Dean Sampson (under 12 cat) only just short of podium in 4th. Andrew Sampson (Sussed out) now riding vet male came home 8th. Caitlyn Sampson (Sussed out) doing her parents proud and on the podium again in 2nd for youth female. The youth male saw a brilliant ride from George Crocombe finishing the race with a one handed wheelie 1st, other Hadleigh team mates finishing Connor May 8th, Harrison Darley 9th and Matthew Darley 12th. Elsewhere in the country at the BMX regionals Mazie Harper had a great day going 1st, 2nd and 4th in her moto’s sending her to the final where she finished a great 4th place. Stuart Harper had a roll but had a good day going 4th, 2nd, 4th and 2nd giving 3rd overall. JJ Scott contested the Falmouth Urban downhill taking 3rd spot on the podium.

Well done to all riders this weekend and catch you all very soon.
